Buenos días a todos! Ya que se acercan las fiestas, hoy les traemos dos recetas navideñas. En este video vamos a estar preparando unos rollos de canela con azúcar morena y nueces pecanas (también conocidos como brioche de canela). Este es un postre fácil de hacer, solo requiere darle bastante tiempo a la masa para leudar. Y para acompañar este delicioso postre navideño, decidimos hacer un chocolate caliente (o una chocolatada) con vino tinto! Nunca habíamos probado esta receta, pero salió mejor de lo que nos imaginábamos y es algo que vamos a repetir en estos meses fríos de invierno. Esperamos que disfruten este video de cocina y dejen nos saber si se animan a hacer alguna de estas dos recetas para las navidades. Buen provecho! Ingredientes para la masa: 1 1/4 tazas de leche 8 gramos de levadura en polvo 1/4 taza de azúcar 1 huevo 1/4 taza de manteca derretida 3 1/2 tazas de harina 4 gramos de sal Ingredients para la miel: 1/2 taza de manteca 1 taza de azúcar morena 1/2 taza de syrup de maple 1 taza de nueces pecanas Hornear a 350 F (175 F) por 35 minutos o hasta que la masa se ponga de un color dorado. Rollitos de Canela & Chocolate Caliente con Vino 🍫🍷 👨‍🍳 Preparando la Cocina y Presentando la Jornada ¡Muy buenos días, familia! En este episodio, nos metemos de lleno en el espíritu de las fiestas navideñas preparando dos recetas: unos rollitos de canela caseros (también conocidos como sticky buns o espirales pegajosos) y una bebida sorprendente, el chocolate caliente con vino tinto y especias, perfecta para combatir el frío del invierno. 🥖 Haciendo la Masa de los Rollitos de Canela Arrancamos con la preparación de la masa, que requiere leche tibia, levadura, azúcar, huevo, manteca derretida, harina y un toque de sal. Se deja leudar hasta duplicar el tamaño, todo bien cubierto y en un ambiente tibio. Durante el reposo, aprovechamos para charlar, probar un vinito y picar algo ligero, mostrando cómo la cocina puede ser un espacio para disfrutar en familia. 🧈 Preparando el "Pegote" y el Relleno El segundo paso clave es el famoso "pegote": una mezcla de manteca, azúcar morena, sirope de maple y nueces, que va en la base del molde y terminará siendo la cobertura caramelizada cuando se desmolden los rollitos. Al estirar la masa, la cubrimos con manteca, azúcar y canela, y la enrollamos con mucha paciencia tipo pionono. Cortamos las porciones y las disponemos sobre la mezcla caramelizada, dejando espacio entre cada una para que crezcan aún más. ⏲️ Segundo Leudado y Cocción Antes de hornear, los rollitos levan por segunda vez durante una hora, luego van al horno precalentado a 200°C (o 350°F) durante unos 45 minutos, aunque recomendamos vigilar el horno ya que los tiempos pueden variar. El aroma que invade la cocina es irresistible, y el resultado son unos rollos esponjosos y caramelizados. 🍫🍷 Chocolate Caliente con Vino: El Trago Perfecto para el Invierno Mientras esperamos que se horneen los rollitos, preparamos una bebida inusual pero exquisita: chocolate caliente con vino tinto, inspirado en tradiciones norteamericanas y europeas para las fiestas. Usamos leche, chocolate peruano, vainilla, sirope de maple y finalmente agregamos vino Malbec, logrando una bebida potente, aromática y reconfortante, ideal para días fríos. 🔥 El Resultado Final: Sabor, Textura y Trucos de Cocina ¡Hora de desmoldar! Los rollitos salen del horno, se dan vuelta para que el caramelo y las nueces queden arriba. Quedan esponjosos, con el dulzor justo y un toque crocante de nuez.
